A single dwelling with separate Guest + Home Help accommodation included in the Ground Floor level. The concept was to create an expansive floor layout to maximise the views along the Beach. Landscape concept was also complete using Basalt Stone water features and paving to integrate the landscape through the home. An extensive use of Terrazzo in floors, kitchen bench, vanities provides a clean finish of Carrera marble and mother of pearl flecks to catch the sunlight through full height frameless glazing.
